211 Program Director

United Way St. Croix and Red Cedar Valleys (UW Valleys) is seeking a 211 Program Director to lead our regional 211 program serving Burnett, Dunn, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, and St. Croix counties.

211 is a free, confidential information and referral service that connects individuals with local health and human service resources. As the 211 Program Director, you'll oversee daily call center operations, supervise staff, maintain community resource information, build community partnerships, and help ensure individuals and families receive the support they need. This position also oversees the John Coughlin Hope Fund and collaborates with the statewide 211 Wisconsin network.

Position Details

  • Full-time, exempt
  • Hybrid work environment (Hudson and Menomonie offices)
  • Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 annually
  • Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, 403(b), health care stipend, and remote work options
