A volunteer Board of Directors governs United Way St. Croix and Red Cedar Valleys. The Board meets six times per year. The Executive Committee consists of the four officers (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer). There are four standing committees of the Board (Finance, Community Impact, Governance, and Development & Marketing) which meet as needed.
Board members are identified and recruited by the Executive Director and the Board’s Executive Committee. The goal is to maintain a Board that is representative of the communities that we serve. Board members may serve up to nine years and terms are staggered to maintain continuity.
