Board and Team

United Way St. Croix & Red Cedar Valleys is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board meets six times per year. The Executive Committee consists of the four officers (president, vice president, secretary and treasurer). 

Besides the Executive Committee, there are five standing committees of the board (Community Impact, Development and Marketing, Finance and Operations, Governance, and Programs and Services), which meet as needed.

Potential board members are identified and referred to the Governance Committee for review. The committee then recommends candidates to the board for approval. The goal is to maintain a Board that is representative of the communities that we serve.

Board members may serve up to nine years and terms are staggered to maintain continuity.
