United Way St. Croix and Red Cedar Valleys is excited to welcome Allison Cahill as our new 211 Program Director.
Originally from Iowa, Allison graduated from Iowa State University before moving to the Twin Cities two years ago. She brings a background in social services and has worked with people of a wide range of ages, abilities, and backgrounds throughout her career.
Allison is passionate about people and providing thoughtful, high-quality support to the communities she serves. In her new role, she is looking forward to expanding the network of information and resources available through 211, while also building stronger connections with people and organizations throughout the Valleys.
She is especially excited to help share the important work happening through UW Valleys' 211 program and make sure more people know where to turn when they need information, resources, or support.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys all kinds of crafts, especially knitting and crocheting. She also loves reading and listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her family and dog at the lake.
We’re excited to have Allison on the UW Valleys team and look forward to the experience, energy, and connection she will bring to 211 and the communities we serve.
